Healthways SilverSneaker® Fitness Program

SILVER SNEAKERS® classes are instructed by a Silver Sneakers® certified instructor.

  • Kids age 8-15, must be enrolled in Kids Program to participate.
  • All Gravity sessions are held in Personal Training Studio
  • All Gravity participants must present GRAVITY COUPON or be an UNLIMITED GRAVITY MEMBER.
  • KS reserves the right to change this schedule without prior notice.
  • Spinning classes are 45 minutes.
  • Water & towel mandatory.
